Delete your Vibe Egypt account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Vibe Egypt app and vibeegypt.net (developer: Vibe Egypt — Vibology Egypt For service). The app and the website share one account, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

Delete from the Vibe Egypt app

  1. Open the Vibe Egypt app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab, then Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  4. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Delete on the website

  1. Sign in at vibeegypt.net.
  2. Open Account, then Settings.
  3. Tick the confirmation box and choose Delete account.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details (email and password), name, saved places, followed venues, ratings, notifications, settings and newsletter subscription are deleted permanently.

What we keep

Requests you already sent us (concierge, contact, lounge seat and ticket alert requests) can be kept for up to 12 months for bookings, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. Records we must keep by law are kept only for the period the law requires.

Delete some data without deleting your account

  • Remove saved places or unfollow venues from Saved and Following.
  • Remove your ratings from Ratings.
  • Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email, or email support@vibeegypt.net to delete specific data.
