Delivery policy

Vibe Egypt sells no physical products and ships nothing. Our only purchase is a seat in a shared lounge at an event.

Once the lounge is secured, your ticket reaches you in one of two ways, depending on how the organiser issues tickets for that event.

E-tickets with a QR code are sent to the email address you gave us when you booked.

Physical tickets are handed over at a pickup point we set before the event. We confirm the place and the time with you on WhatsApp.

We tell you which of the two applies when you book.
