By accessing or using the Vibe Egypt platform at vibe-egypt.com and any associated applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners who access or use the Platform.
Vibe Egypt (“Vibe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where the Platform allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
The Platform contains content created by Vibe (“Vibe Content”) and content submitted by venues, partners, and users (“User Content”). Vibe Content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Vibe Content without our prior written consent.
By submitting User Content (venue listings, reviews, images, event details, etc.) to the Platform, you grant Vibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any user that violates these provisions without notice.
Vibe aims to provide accurate, up-to-date information about listed venues. However, nightlife information changes frequently — door prices, programs, opening hours, and events may change without notice. Vibe makes no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any venue listing.
Venues listed on the Platform are independent businesses. Vibe is not party to any transaction between you and a listed venue, and is not responsible for any experience, loss, or dispute arising from your attendance at a venue.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you to Vibe in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 100 EGP if no amount has been paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Vibe may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or for any legitimate business reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 6, 7, and 8.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
If you are located outside Egypt, you agree that Egyptian law applies and that you will bring any dispute in Cairo courts. Nothing in this clause prevents Vibe from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
