Refund and cancellation policy

Shared lounge seats

All payments are final. Once your payment is received, your seat cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

There is one exception. If the lounge group does not fill before the booking deadline, we cancel the lounge and refund your payment in full.

If the organiser raises the lounge price before the group fills, we tell you the new price before we buy. You can pay the difference or take a full refund.

Entry to the event is subject to the organiser's rules, including age, dress code and door selection. Being refused entry under these rules is not grounds for a refund.

Event tickets

Tickets for the events listed on Vibe Egypt are sold by their organisers on their own websites. Vibe Egypt does not take these payments, and the organiser's own refund policy applies.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
